Special Friday Evening
Reception:
The Local Foods Reception, a special screening of KING CORN and a panel
discussion are a fundraiser to benefit the Local Foods Connection
(www.localfoodsconnection.org) and Community Gardens initiative in the Oakhill
Jackson Neighborhood of Cedar Rapids. Local Foods Connection provides CSA
shares and education to families in need in the Iowa City area.
Contributions will allow expansion of this service to the Cedar Rapids
area.
Free-will donations at the door
for the evening's activities.
