14th Annual Local Foods Conference
Title: Connecting The Dots: From Farm to Fork in North Iowa
Location: Clear Lake, Iowa
Date: February 6-7, 2009

This year's Annual Foods Conference involves a Friday afternoon working session and a Saturday full day conference.

Friday afternoon is a working session to develop a map of North Iowa's local food system.  A core group of participants are being invited to assure a wide range of perspectives are represented.  Others who might be interested in participating are requested to contact Conference Coordinator, Dick Schinnow, at 641/696-5706 or schinric@hotmail.com.  It is the planners' hope that participants in Friday's session will also participate in Saturday's Conference.  There is no fee for the Friday session, but we do require registration by Jan. 20th.

Saturday is a full day conference that builds upon the work accomplished on Friday. The opening session will explain what was accomplished on Friday and how that blends into what the Saturday experience offers.  More details on the "Program" page.
